Manufacturing Process
Every component of this bicycle has been meticulously redesigned and then galvanized in specialized tanks and ovens to ensure maximum durability and a flawless finish.
The rims have also been upgraded: instead of a traditional rubber strip, a specially engineered fabric band is used, providing enhanced stability and long-lasting performance.
All logos are crafted by hand and created using advanced 3D technology — delivering an exclusive, highly detailed look.
Materials & Craftsmanship
The frame is made entirely of premium nickel and hand-galvanized with meticulous care. This process can create subtle variations in color or minor irregularities on the surface — authentic marks of true craftsmanship and unmistakable quality.
The bike features jumbo wheels, whose air chambers are lined not with conventional rubber but with a specially engineered fabric band, providing enhanced stability and durability.
At its core is a Brose motor, renowned for its performance and smooth, silent operation. The battery is hand-stitched and hand-covered, giving it a unique and refined finish.
All leather details are crafted from exclusive Connolly leather — the same legendary premium leather used in the interiors of Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, and the dashboards of high-end sports cars.
